Character: Omega Red (Arkady Gregorivich Rossovich)

A serial killer locked up by Banshee when Banshee was a secret agent, who then got powers in a Soviet super soldier program.  He has steel tentacles that extend from his arms (like Wolverine’s claws) and can drain life energy from people, like a vampire.  He can also release “death spores” out of his body that weaken or kill those around him.
