Character: Nathaniel Richards (not the Kang one)

Reed Richards’ dad who does NOT become an evil time traveler.  Except that nearly all time travel stories suck and this version of Nathaniel is still a time traveler so by the law of the transitive property, he sucks, and sucking is a kind of evil.
