Character: Bloodaxe (Executioner's transformational weapon)

Bloodaxe’s “real” identity is confusing, so this tag refers to all people transformed by the axe.  The axe first belonged to Executioner, and then developed the ability to “call out” to people, who, when they picked it up, were immediately transformed into Bloodaxe the Being (much like Dr. Don Blake used to transform into Thor).
