Crystal reminisces. I suppose it serves as an introduction to/refresher on the character, but they don’t even tell the flashbacks in an interesting or funny way. Nor are they even important events. It’s basically a story about someone kidnapped by the Inhumans and exposed to the Terrigen Mists.
There are some new characters (like Terrigene) introduced in the flashbacks, but we never see them again.
