A solo story. It focuses on Tigra’s origin, appearing to be an attempt to make her a relevant character.
She learns that the Cat People have a “ray gun” that wil enable her to move from cat-to-female form, but the ray was stolen by a New Man (the people created by High Evolutionary). But the New Man modified the gun into a devolving ray. Tigra gets it.
And serves cat justice.
