Some solid Gene Colan art in an otherwise forgettable fill-in story by Danny Fingeroth. Nice to see the artist from Iron Man #1 returning to the series.
Someone steals the Iron Monger army and rampages at a carnival. It’s not Gregory Smoot in the suit, but I’m tagging this as Iron Monger anyway because it’s the only way fans of the character will find this appearance.
