Best line from this story.
This continues to be an excellent run on Hulk. One of the best of all time. Hulk and Banner continue to feud (in a kind of dream dimension) over possession of their shared corporeal body.
Meanwhile, Glorian is still trying to help Hulk become a better person (Hulk has no interest in doing so), and gets tricked by what appears to be an agent of the Devil into forfeiting his soul if he fails. Only it’s Satannish.
Eventually, Glorian’s true employer, Shaper of Worlds, intervenes and the Devil is sent packing.
Obviously, this is a symbolic discussion about the meaning of religion and conversion, and whether those who claim to want to save our souls are really just worried about their own. Excellent writing.
