Okay, so follow me: The Leader creates a weapon designed to cure Bruce Banner and rid the world of the Hulk, but Doc Samson takes the bullet for him and gets depowered.
Why doesn’t Banner just volunteer for this? Isn’t this what he always wanted?
Not a well-thought-out story. Also, Jim Wilson is used for comic relief.
Also, he’s apparently buddies with Abbie Hoffman.
Nixon and Spiro Agnew appear.
