Character: Nomad (Jack Monroe) (aka Bucky and Scourge)

He was the Bucky to the racist 1950s Captain America, the third Bucky, then became Nomad.  As Nomad, he adopted a baby that he named Julia Winters.  Which is confusing because the first Bucky became Winter Soldier.  He also got mind-controlled into becoming like the fifth or sixth Scourge character, just like the first Bucky got brainwashed into becoming Winter Soldier.  So many parallels.
