By the end, we are led to believe that Puma shot to death by cops. But we’re not that lucky. He’ll be back.
In this story, Puma starts getting feral–and when he returns in 1994, he’ll be even more so.
Black Crow’s spells make Peter get a bit more feral, too, but it doesn’t last.
Nice to see Sal back on art, but this is not DeMatteis’ best work.
