Time to promote some new properties!
We start with Cloak and Dagger defending children against drug dealing predators, then see the New Mutants fighting a street gang. Two of the New Mutants are kidnapped by a mad doctor who is experimenting to create another Cloak and Dagger. The various heroes come together for a rescue.
