This is an “aftermath” issue following Skin’s crucifixion last arc. Angel, Husk and Jubilee pay respects at his grave site, where they get into a conflict with two cemetery employees who have been instructed to dig Skin back up because he’s a mutant and that’s against the religion of the owners of the graveyard.
There’s a bunch of morality plays and a morality “twist” at the end where it’s revealed that bigots really ought to be nice to mutants, etc. Nothing important and nothing all that interesting.

Note that Skin is called “Angelo Torres” throughout this issue but he’s name really was Angelo Espinosa. Sigh. He can’t even get respect in death.
