JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #100-102: Enter, Len Wein

Len Wein wrote JLA for just over a year (issues #100–114), but wow did he start with an ambitious story.  It was another installment of the annual JLA/JSA team ups, but this time there was a third group of heroes: The Golden Age Seven Soldiers of Victory, who seem to only be vaguely remembered by Batman and nobody else.  In case you, too, don’t know who they are, here’s the recap page:

Wein launching with big, important-feeling story stood in stark contrast to Mike Friedrich’s extremely socially conscious run right before him.
