This is another Icons miniseries. This one shows Chamber going “undercover” at a college to find out who killed several mutant students.
It’s a simple and inconsequential story, but I have to say: It’s probably my favorite of the Icons series. The character work is excellent, the plot and story are interesting and unpredictable but still fit into greater 616 continuity, and the art is solid.
It also impacted the character’s position in the X-Men: As a result of his spending time posing as a university student, Jonothon realizes he wants to go back to school and quits the team.
