Crimson Dynamo was under Marvel’s short-lived Epic Comics banner–the second such comic, right after Trouble, which was not an Earth 616 story (but was written by Mark Millar before he was THE Mark Millar). Although the series is within Earth 616 continuity, it launches a new Crimson Dynamo who is never seen again.
Grenady Gravilov is a tech student at Moscow State University when he happens to find himself in an old warehouse holding an old Crimson Dynamo armor. Grenady makes some edits to it, gets pursued by the Russian government, and helped by Tony Stark.
It reads like it’s supposed to be a comedy, only it’s not funny.
