Elderly, retired bounty hunter Dominic Fortune returns, and this time The Shocker is hired to take him down because…Well, it’s never really clear. I think it’s because a gangster is dating Fortune’s girlfriend, but that seems like an odd thing to hire a super villain about, even one as lame as Shocker.
The gangster is Simon Steele, who, as Wolfgang Von Lundt, was a Nazi enemy of Dominic Fortune during his WW2 days. It’s his first appearance.
