A guy named Brass Bishop (seen last issue as well, but after this story never seen again), resists giving his soul to Mephisto–despite having made a deal to give it over to the devil.
The team gets involved and, ironically, solve the problem of demonic incursion by giving Mephisto the soul he wants.
This reboot of a fan-favorite series started out pretty strong, but it’s getting bogged down and collapsing under its own weight.
