Itch and Scratch. I FINALLY understand what John Byrne is doing here. He’s paying tribute to the weirdo/horror-type enemies Jessica Drew faced in the first Spider-Woman volume–characters like Daddy Longlegs, Poltergeist, and Needle.

I like that idea. I just wish the execution were better.
