In 1995, annuals won’t be numbered–they’ll just have years. That makes more sense. And Iron Man won’t get one–he will be paired with his frenemy Captain America.
But for now, we get a Controller story. He tells the story (because 1994’s annuals were all told from the villiain’s point of view).
There’s a second story where he fights a bunch of his greatest foes, only they’re robot versions and it’s a training event.
Nothing terribly bad here. Nothing terribly good.
