Giant Man is in the hospital, so Porcupine gets his fan club to dress up as his rogues gallery, so that Porky can sneak in and kidnap Wasp. He does, tries to force her to give him growth pills, but instead she tricks him into taking shrinking pills.
Doctor Doom was recently vanquished this way. It’s too soon to be using the exact same device. Although it would have been cool if Doom and Porky met up in the Microverse.
