Daredevil #218 (1985)

Say what you want, I like Jester.  But this is a bizarre story.  Jester kidnaps an actor so that he can take his place on stage and play his dream role (Cyrano De Bergerac), and Daredevil likes the performance so much that he puts on Jester’s suit and misdirects the cops to allow Jester to get to the end of the play.

Basically, Daredevil is aiding and abetting.

On the other hand, all Jester ever wanted was to be an actor and now that he’s got that out of his system, he can retire as a criminal.  So maybe DD was playing the long game—allowing one crime to continue so all future crimes would cease?
