This takes place right after the Heroes Return event, and Hulk and Banner re-merge, causing Hulk to pass out–right on the grounds of the original Gamma Bomb test site, which is where Hulk crash-landed after his Return.
His body, emitting gamma rays, brings life to the bones of Maestro, which have been buried there since the end of Future Imperfect.
As it turns out, the Destroyer Armor is also there, and is attracted to the battle.
Maestro tries to take advantage by wearing the armor, but Hulk is able to block the visor and disintegrate Maestro.
In the end, General Ross gets Hulk’s new army pursuer to back off–so it looks like Ross and Hulk now have a friendlier understanding.
