This is odd. Marvel produced some JM DeMatteis Man-Thing stories in both a character-titled series and a subsequent Strange Tales coda. But still, the story DeMatteis was telling was left unfinished.
I liked those comics, but I grant you that they were very confusing–so I’m not sure anyone was looking out to see how they all turned out.
Still, here we are.
I’m not going to pretend to understand the whole thing, but it ends with the nexus of realities restored and Man-Thing essentially back to his status quo.
