Could be wrong here, but I don’t think that the Incredible Hulk showed up in any Marvel magazines until 1978 or so, in conjunction with the ‘Incredible Hulk’ TV show. ( this is supposedly a house ad from 1975 ) In any event, I am just glad that the glut of Marvel magazines finally went away. Marvel publishes comics, not magazines, and their meat is superheroes, not monsters, or martial artists, or comedy, or Hollywood coverage ( the late, un-lamented “Pizzazz” ) I don’t expect filet mignon from McDonald’s, or booze from Coca-Cola or Pepsi, or doctors to practice law, or attorneys to perform surgery. The world would be a much saner, and better, place, if everybody would just learn to stay in their proper lanes!
